Creating a Teams Meeting from Outlook Calendar
Click the Calendar icon in Outlook
Check the box of the person Calendar for whom you are creating the Teams meeting on behalf of & go to their calendar
At the top of the calendar, you will see click Teams Meeting & schedule a Meeting
This will pop up
To change meeting Options, click

If you are creating from a shared Calendar
***YOU MUST ADD CO-ORGANIZERS, you can add multiple people
Participation
Record: You can toggle the switch like the picture below to
Record and transcribe automatically
Remember to HIT SAVE & SEND
