I’m not getting any sound from the speakers while on my computer, is this an easy fix?

These steps are for the Desktop computer.  

a. ensure the projector is Turned ON to get audio sound from the ceiling speakers 

b. ensure the audio cable is connected to the wall jack, and the cable on the other end is connected to the “green” circle insert on the back of the computer

c. ensure that the audio icon, on the video is not set to “Mute” 

d. ensure that the speaker icon, next to the time and clock on the taskbar, is NOT on MUTE,  

e. increase the volume on the projector remote if it is turned down.  

If there is still no audio sound, contact IT support for additional assistance
